Our Guarantee

    We guarantee that every Monument we ship will be exactly as described in our catalog, and that it will be carved and lettered as ordered, and that it will be finished in the best workmanlike manner.
    We agree to replace any part of any Monument sold by us which is not according to contract.
    We further guarantee that every piece of every Monument shall arrive at the customer's nearest truck delivery point in good condition. If any damage should occur during transit we will replace the damaged pieces, provided the Agent notes this damage on the freight bill. We will need a copy of the freight bill within ten days after the arrival of the shipment. The paid freight bill will need the truck line's notation of damage.
    We further guarantee that every Monument we ship will be of genuine Marble or Granite as ordered, and that no part of any Monument shall be made of any artificial material.

Warranties
Our funeral home makes no representations or warranties about the protective value of certain caskets, and other burial containers, Other than those made by the manufacturer. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with goods sold with this funeral service are the express written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturer thereof. No other warranties and no warranties of merchandising fitness for a particular product are extended by the seller.
